Comments & Overview:Meshanticut Pond is a small, 12 acre pond that forms the focal point of Meshanticut State Park. While the entire shoreline of the pond is park land, it is just a narrow strip so houses are visible in every direction. None-the-less, this is a pleasant little pond and a good place to take children for a short paddle on very protected and easy waters. The pond is stocked with trout in the early spring.
